Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Muscle Mommy! Many of our products are made to order, which means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Processing & Fulfillment

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before they ship.

During holidays, new releases, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside of our control, fulfillment may take longer.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery time will depend on your location, selected shipping method, and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities. Because of this, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we need to split your order into multiple shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Muscle Mommy is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may also experience additional delays due to customs processing.
