FIND YOUR STRENGTH

FIND YOUR STRENGTH

You don’t have to “bounce back.” You just have to begin.

Getting back to the gym after becoming a mom can feel hard.

Your body may be different. Your schedule is definitely different. You’re tired. Someone always needs you. And after spending so much time taking care of everyone else, it can be easy to forget that you deserve to feel strong, too.

Muscle Mommy was created to remind you of exactly that.

This isn’t about getting your old body back. It’s about building strength in the body and life you have now.

EVERY MOM’S STARTING LINE LOOKS DIFFERENT

Maybe you’re pregnant and learning how strong your body really is.

Maybe you’re newly postpartum and taking things one day at a time.

Maybe your baby is five years old and you’re finally ready to make yourself a priority again.

Maybe your kids are teenagers or grown, and you’re discovering a stronger version of yourself in a whole new season.

There is no expiration date on becoming strong.

Strong moms come in every shape, every size, every fitness level, and every season of motherhood.

You belong here.

START WHERE YOU ARE

You don’t need a perfect routine. You don’t need to work out six days a week. And you definitely don’t need to wait until you feel completely ready.

1. Just show up.
Your first goal isn’t perfection. It’s walking through the door.

2. Start small.
Two workouts a week count. Twenty minutes counts. Walking counts. Every step builds momentum.

3. Stop comparing your chapter to someone else’s.
Your strength will look different from another mom’s—and that’s okay.

4. Find your people.
Community changes everything. Surround yourself with women who celebrate you for showing up, not for looking a certain way.

5. Remember who is watching.
When your children see you making time to become healthier, stronger, and more confident, you’re teaching them something powerful.

AND WHEN YOU WANT TO QUIT…

Remember why you started.

Not to become smaller.

Not to punish your body.

Not to become the woman you were before motherhood.

To become stronger for the life you’re living now.

Some weeks you’ll crush it. Some weeks simply showing up will be the win.

Both count.

We’re building a community of moms who keep showing up for themselves—and remind each other that we don’t have to do it alone.

Raising weights. Raising good humans.
